Design, Development and Performance Evaluation Groundnut Pod Stripper

چکیده

This project only removes the pods from their roots so farmers can work easy and save time money as well. It is very efficient be available to all at minimum cost. focused on design fabrication of a groundnut pod striper machine electrically powered by 1hp motor. The main components developed stripper are stripping cylinder, frame cover protect scattering sieve for cleaning purpose. According dimension conceptual drawing was built with help SOLIDWORKS software. principle designing based horizontal circular rotary motion. has 1170 × 930 560. performance tested three independent parameter i.e. feed rate (kg/h), moisture content (% db) cylinder speed (m/min) dependent parameters were efficiency, efficiency damage percentage. found that 97% capacity 195 kg/h, 87% efficient. There no losses but 0.83%. have output 10 times more than traditional method profit times.
